1. General Provisions

1.1. By using the Novacine AI Video Generator (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

1.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results.

1.4. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Service.

2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials secure.

2.3. You are fully responsible for all activities performed under your account.

2.4. The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, including generating or distributing content that:

• infringes intellectual property rights,
• violates applicable laws,
• contains defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material,
• promotes illegal or harmful activity.

3. Nova Crystals & Pricing

3.1. Nova Crystals are internal digital credits used exclusively within the Novacine platform to generate video content. They have no monetary or transferable value outside the Service.

3.2. Each second of generated video consumes two (2) Nova Crystals.

3.3. The base price is €0.35 per Nova Crystal, which corresponds to €0.70 per second of generated video.

4. Generations & Failures

4.1. Supported image formats include JPEG, PNG, and WEBP (maximum size: 5 MB). Invalid or oversized files will trigger an error.

4.2. If a generation fails due to a technical error, system fault, or timeout, the corresponding Nova Crystals are automatically refunded.

4.3. If a prompt is rejected due to prohibited content, a notification will appear requesting the user to modify the prompt.

4.4. If your Nova Crystal balance is insufficient, you will be prompted to purchase additional credits before proceeding.

4.5. Generated videos are stored temporarily for download purposes only and are deleted after delivery. We do not archive user-generated content.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

5.1. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details.

5.2. By purchasing Nova Crystals, you acknowledge that digital content is made available immediately and you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

5.3. Refunds are issued only when required by law or in the event of a confirmed technical failure (e.g., undelivered credits).

5.4. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the transaction date.

5.5. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (or up to 30 days in exceptional cases) and returned to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

5.6. All prices are stated in euros (€) and may change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All software, algorithms, AI systems, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of COMPUTEACH LIMITED.

6.2. Users retain ownership of the videos they generate and may use them for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws.

6.3. By using the Service, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use generated content for operational, research, or promotional purposes, unless you opt out by contacting [email protected]

6.4. Any feedback or suggestions submitted by users may be used without restriction or compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7.2. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• use or inability to use the Service,
• loss of data or content,
• unauthorized account access,
• third-party service interruptions or technical failures.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Industry-standard security measures are applied, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8.3. By using the Service, you consent to the described data-processing practices.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK, unless otherwise required by law.

9.3. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution through direct communication.
