These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website https://novacine.net (the "Website") and all related services provided by COMPUTEACH LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our platform, purchasing Nova Crystals, or generating digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. General Provisions
1.1. By using our AI Video Generator (the “Service”), you agree to comply with these Terms.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.3. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results will meet your specific expectations.
1.4. If you access the Service from outside the United Kingdom, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to register or use the Service.
2.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2.3. You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
2.4. The Service may not be used for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to the generation or distribution of content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights or applicable laws,
- Contains defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material,
- Promotes harm, deception, or illegal acts.
2.5. You acknowledge that all generated videos are AI-created and may vary in quality or accuracy. The Company makes no representation regarding their artistic or factual precision.
3. Purchasing & Delivery of Nova Crystals
3.1. Access to our AI Video Generator is provided through the use of Nova Crystals, which function as a digital means of exchange within the platform.
3.2. Nova Crystals are not a financial instrument and hold no monetary or transferable value outside of Novacine.
3.3. To purchase Nova Crystals, use the checkout form on our Pricing page and complete payment via our secure third-party payment processor.
3.4. After successful payment, the purchased Nova Crystals are automatically credited to your account. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to one (1) business day depending on system availability.
3.5. You can view your current balance and transaction history through your account dashboard.
3.6. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, a refund may be issued in accordance with Section 4.
Pricing Model and Token Structure:
- Each second of generated video consumes one Nova Crystal (1s = 1 Nova Crystal).
- The base price is €0.35 per Nova Crystal (i.e., €0.35 per second of video).
- Predefined packages:
- 50 seconds = €17.50
- 200 seconds = €66.50 (5% discount)
- 1000 seconds = €315.00 (10% discount)
- Custom top-ups are calculated at €0.35 per second, with automatic discounts applied at ≥200 seconds (–5%) and ≥1000 seconds (–10%).
- New accounts receive a one-time free 5-second generation; no Crystals are deducted for this trial use.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1. All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details on our servers.
4.2. Example pricing (subject to change):
- 100 Nova Crystals = €35.00
- 200 Nova Crystals = €66.50 (5% discount)
- 1000 Nova Crystals = €315.00 (10% discount)
- 10 Nova Crystals free upon registration (trial balance).
4.3. By purchasing Nova Crystals, you expressly agree that digital content is made available immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal once access begins.
4.4. Refunds are only issued when legally required or in the event of a confirmed technical delivery failure.
4.5. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the transaction date.
4.6. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days (or up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances) and issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable transaction or processing fees.
4.7. All transactions are conducted in euros (€). Prices may change without prior notice.
5. Chargeback Policy
5.1. All payments become final once Nova Crystals or digital content have been delivered.
5.2. Before initiating a chargeback, users must contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt resolution.
5.3. Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks will result in:
- Account suspension or termination,
- Recovery of incurred costs and fees,
- Potential legal action for recovery of losses.
5.4. The Company cooperates fully with payment processors and financial institutions and provides supporting documentation during chargeback disputes.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. The Novacine platform, including its software, algorithms, AI models, and infrastructure, remains the exclusive intellectual property of COMPUTEACH LIMITED.
6.2. Users retain full rights to the AI-generated videos they create, subject to applicable laws and licensing limitations.
6.3. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use generated content for promotional, research, and operational purposes, unless you opt out by written request to [email protected]
6.4. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvement ideas submitted by users may be used freely by the Company without obligation or compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
7.3. COMPUTEACH LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Service,
- Loss of data or content,
- Unauthorized access to your account,
- Delays, technical errors, or third-party service interruptions.
7.4. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring that generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
8.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8.2. We apply industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8.3. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution & Support Procedure
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK, unless otherwise required by law.
9.3. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution through direct communication or mediation.

9.5. Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (London time), excluding UK public holidays.
9.6. Response Time (SLA):
Initial acknowledgment of complaint: within 2 business days.
Full investigation and response: within 10 business days, extendable to 30 business days for complex cases (the customer will be notified in writing).
9.7. Escalation Process:
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate the issue to our Compliance Department by emailing [email protected] with your original ticket number.
Escalations are reviewed within 5 business days.
9.8. Evidence Submission:
Users must provide all relevant supporting documents (e.g., payment receipts, order IDs, screenshots, or correspondence) within 5 business days of our request.
Failure to provide required evidence in time may delay or invalidate the complaint.
